Majik

As I forgot to tell you Majik went back to the shelter like a month and a half ago (I have been very busy) and he tried to go up for adoption, but...he had a few manner problems with other dogs.

So he went back out in foster with a person with another dogs. After learning the "rules of doggy behaviour" he went back up for a adoption and we got to say good bye yesterday.

Sorry Linah he won't be your dog anytime soon! He was just adopted, and he was very happy to see us. I did not have my camera (of course) so there are no pictures.

Ah well, just though that you would like to know that.

Who Says That I Don't Have Cute Kitten Pictures?

This is one of kittens that we fostered a year ago. His name is Alpha. He was so photogenic....

What's up?

What? I am NOT the cutest kitten that you have ever seen?

A image (bellow) I photoshopped to be a background

I am glad that you have changed your mind, I AM the cutest

Jacket

Mom: Do you want me to iron that jacket of yours?

Me: If it is bugging you then yes.

*takes off jacket*

Mom: It is. It looks like it has been wadded up in your drawer for a few weeks.

Me: It has.

I am sure most people that read this don't get it, but I wanted to put it up anyways.

Lacy The Dog

I have so many funny, cool, and weird things that have happened in my life to post on this blog. Yet I have all the time in the world to do it! (not) Sorry about that, I am going to try to stay on top of it though. I guess I should pick one and start.

Well...let's start with yesterday shall we?

Yesterday (09/09/08) I had Girl Scouts with my friends and we talked about how life was like a maze. So after we finished doing that Quietfoot came home with us and we had fun bugging each other. Since she lives one street over from us we decide to race home. After using ALL our energy racing against each other. We saw that Quietfoot's dog, Lacy (a black lab) was loose.

She does this all the time so Quietfoot, her brother and I started the chase. Through every one's backyards and front yards we went, over hills and though woods, over streets, etc. etc.

Until, she ran into a car.

A dog never wins against a car. After getting over the shock we laid Lacy down on the side of the road (she was still alive and limping) and I ran to get help. We got really, really, lucky because our parents (who were looking for us) were just one street over.

Quietfoot's dad got the car and her mom went to the vet with Lacy while the rest of us, slowly went home.

Lacy is lucky dog. She only has soft tissue damage and a little bit of nerve damage but she is going to pull though. She is on medication but she was allowed to go home. Her front leg isn't working too well but they say she is going to be okay. I'll go check up on her and maybe take a picture or two.

So that's one of many stories,

Rulers

So the feast was a great success! Everyone had a really good time and it worked out well, we did have a bit of glitch in the beginning...yeah, oh well! On to the part that I wanted to blog about.

BEFORE the feast (and before my Dad's friends came) Quietfoot came over and we had lots of fun. We treat each other like sisters, it's fun. There are only a few people that I let my guard down. It's not that I don't trust my other friends... it's just, this is getting too personal, anyways!

We had sword fights with rulers. "Sword fights" isn't the right word...maybe "hitting each other while laughing" or "Laughing and chasing each other around the house while hiting each other with rulers".

This is the side of me that not many people see, many of my friends are reading this and thinking: "Brightfrost did this?!"

I am guiltily of charge. Ah well.

OPERATION 2: ITALIAN FEAST

So yeah, My Mom and Dad's Egyptian friends are going back to their country and we're having an all out Italian feast! (hence the name) So we have to clean the WHOLE house! (2,500 square feet of it)

It's alot of work, but the house looks really good afterwards. I made up a sheet that says:"Operation 2 Italian feast" for mom so she could keep track of everything that she had to do.

Where's 'Operation 1?' you ask? That was yesterday, a whole different ballgame.

LOL

I'm off to go clean the toilets!

P.S. Quietfoot's going to be here
P.S.S. If you don't get it we're having Italian tonight (and for the rest of the week in leftovers)
P.S.S.S I made my Cheesecake (which is my dad's fav.) with 4 pounds of cheese in it! It looks really good!
