Connecting the Dots

I know...I know...I haven't been updating...

You know I'm skipping breakfast to write this? LOL, Yes I am busy. (don't forget my stomach is hungry). I was going to post this big long nice post with my drawings and stuff about The 9th Race but you guys haven't seemed to connect the dots...just yet. Maybe next week...I'll do it.

yeah...that's probably it. Project Monster. All that I will tell you is that I looked at the first three pages of the plot and and ripped out 5 chapters and compacted several more and it is still huge. It will need more work, I haven't even cut to the real chase yet, with 36 chapters plotted out!

Someone came to join my pain!

I copied and pasted some information about the Supreme Court from the New York Times for that essay that has been lapping up all my free time! Anyway, I was getting really really bored...and my tablet was near by...and Onenote (the program that I was using) made it able for me to draw in it...someone came to join my pain (click for a better picture)!

Chp 13: Scales.Holly's hair is auburn, which is a shade of red, not brown, but other than that i like. Artemis and Foaly should never be in a room alone with Holly - they'd drive her crazy in minutes. Nice job, and update soon!

Auburn is a kind of brown and red in my book, sorry. I do agree that Foaly and Artemis should never be left in the same room with Holly! This just proves the point! Thanks for reviewing! You got it right! Congrats!

Scaled dragon

For my story that I am working I often have my dragon trampling/walking on/flying near/burning/carrying things. I often have to think if this is possible. So I drew this scaled drawing.

You can probably tell that the white dragon is victim of my doodle. Artemis is used for human and Holly fairy. Yes, you don't have to remind me how bad my humanoids are. I know...*sigh*

Each slash mark is supposedly a foot. I know once or twice I have gone off this scale for dramatics and fun but now I'm pretty loyal to it.

Screaming

I woke up to the sound of geese screaming on our roof, a very nice sound to be woken up to...at 6 in the morning. >.< *sigh* ah well...they were on my neighbor's neighbor's roof two days ago. they must be making the rounds. :D

Ghost (the Triop) is good. It said you could put raw carrots in his diet so I took a knife and spent ten minutes shaving down a into Triop sized pieces. I dumped them in there and he zoomed over to them and started to munch...then he just spit it out and swam away. I was like: You have to be kidding me! Of course he likes the Triop food better than the carrots I slaved over!

Oh yeah, Ghost is about a cm with out the tail and a cm and a half with it. I can see his feet humming along, his three creepy looking eyes and he is darkening in color.

yep that's about it from here!

PS. I will upload the chapter tonight, I am going to be gone all day at class and won;t be able to make the changes that Dragon (yes, he edits and terrifies people) made. Dragon is pretty useful.

No, I won't ignore that! I see what your saying. As you know Swann makes it pretty clear that she doesn't like this geniuses. So I would think that Artemis would try to make it seem like he isn't trying to get it with his "smarts" more or less he was trying to convince her that he wanted to be part of it...maybe...Idk...you know what? I think that is one of my many plot holes! Congrats on finding it!

Midnightwaters: Ah dragons for the 9th Race. I've seen another fanfic using that idea before, and it was...not up to my standards, to say the least, so I was a bit apprehensive when I clicked on your story. But I must say that I'm glad that I did. The plight of the captured dragon is interesting, the banter between Artemis and Holly makes me smile and your first chapter? (or quote, I should say.) Brilliant.

You make me feel all warm and fuzzy with that comment! Seriously you do! *fuzz* I would like to know about the other story...I am very interested to see what they did. I'm glad that you like the bantering (there is more to come), capturing, and the first chapter. The story behind that was...if people would only take one thing from the story it would be that quote. It gets more and more meaningful as the story progresses. It has a special place in my heart. Thus the reason that every time you open my story you see it, I want people to remember it.

You and many others are what keep me going. I have four more chapters to be written before the story is over. I am struggling at the end, the last mile before the race is over. I need to pick an ending, I have two and if I chose one I don't think that I could be able to make a another story unless I worked really hard. The other is...I can't tell you that or else it would ruin the whole ending what ever I chose!

Hey I felt like some of the reviewers on my story (The 9th Race) needed some answers so I'm going to write them here:

Single Letters Reviewed: CONTINUE CONTINUE CONTINUE!!plz! I'm beggin!xDAwesome~!But in ways I don't think dragons qualify as a race, but as more of a... species...kinda like how an ape is to a human; the more primitive matters and where the dragons live I think can be more... obscure...Because it can't be possible others haven't popped out of nowhere before and be captured like this...or else it'd be too cliche but it's alright, don't mind my rants^^can't wait for the update~!

I understand what you are saying and I looked up the word "race". here is the applicable definition: "any large group of living creatures" then I looked up the word "Species": "A group of plants or animals that are alike in certain ways". I see what you are saying but I think people know this story as "The 9th Race" but I do think that is should be "race". I am glad that you like the story! Your and all the other reviewers are what keep me going when I want to stop!

I wanted to answer your question about vampires and werewolves. If you are implying a book who's name starts with "t" then I can tell you that probably won't happen. I haven't read the Twilight Saga, I have some personal things against those books, sorry. Though if I ever did any vampire and werewolves stuff then it would probably be something more my style..traditonal with a twist or two.

I HAVEN'T UPDATED IN THREE WEEKS! O.O Sorry! I have been so busy with...everything! Anyway Hera has gone over to a friends house since we are getting ready have a very crazy next couple of weeks.

ummm....I have been writing on my new fanfiction: 'The 9th Race' it's a Artemis Fowl fic (fan fiction).

Yeah...I have been drawing too, here is something to look at....

I'm really starting get good at drawing (finally!) Yay! Anyway click on the image to see it bigger. I got a really cool scanner/printer so I am able to scan everything in (also finally).

And yeah, I'll put some more pictures up tomorrow and if i get lucky I'll get some Hera pictures up too.

More Drawings

Here her my Chibis and my Dragons...Saphira (I think that is how you spell it) scan didn't turn out well...Ah well....

The Chibi's are made with Pencil then inked and colored with colored pencils.

Each took about 5-10 minutes...This is Shadow, one of my own personal character. The ink didn't go that well....I think it is cute though. This is Shun, my friend's (Skysong) character. It's too cute for being half asleep when being made!

This is a character is from the Eragon series...I like this one. It took about 10-15 minutes and done with Crayons. Did you even see that he has only three legs?
This is Saphira from the Eragon Series. She is my fav. This took about 5-10 minutes and I was in a hurry.

Chibi Craziness

I have been making chibies (I think that is how you spell it) like crazy lately. As soon as I have enough time I will scan them in along with another Brass drawing of mine...when I have time.

Sassy is good. She is sssooo sweet. Last night she burrowed underneath the covers and we couldn't see anything! It was funny....

Yeah, nothing really is new....

Brass Dragon Drawing

Again I worked on ANOTHER dragon drawing, this one is of a Brass Dragon (my fav). I just realized that I haven't really given any details or anything of the dragons...So, I will now!

Brass Dragons are talkive and with talk to anybody for hours (if they will listen that long). They breath fire , they live in the dessert and they typically live to 2,000 years old.

Silver Dragons are kind and helpful. They go around and do good deeds. Simply put, they are the "paldins" of the dragon world. They breath out frost, live in the mountains and live to about 3,000 years.

Blue Dragon are vain and cruel. They wish others harm are very tough. They spit out lighting, also live in the dessert and live to 2,000 years old.

Oh on another point, that really really cool picture in the other dragon post (the colored one) is not mine...it's someone Else's....I just put it up of people to see what it should look like...

The only thing I am not happy with on this drawing is the guy's left arm...it looks squished...
